Description:
Public supply contract for the long-term rental with services, without purchase option, of company vehicles against payment of a monthly rent for the duration of the provision. This type of service is hereinafter referred to as operational leasing

Provision of company vehicles with services against payment of a monthly rent - operational leasing.

- item 1: supply of a guaranteed minimum of eight company vehicles for a maximum price per vehicle of EUR 39,182.94 incl. VAT (including the price of options to be chosen). The maximum number of company vehicles that can be ordered throughout the market is 35 vehicles without this figure being considered as an order commitment;

- item 2: supply of a guaranteed minimum of four company vehicles for a maximum price of EUR 31,388.48 incl. VAT (including the cost of the options to be chosen). The maximum number of company vehicles that can be ordered throughout the market could amount to sixteen vehicles without this figure being considered as an order commitment.

Included services:

- supply of tires,

- supply of replacement vehicles,

- insurance,

- maintenance contract,

- administrative management and reporting.
