The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The contractor will carry out the project management mission elements for new construction, reuse or rehabilitation of infrastructure works.

The framework agreement includes additional tasks:

- scheduling, steering and coordination;

- preliminary studies;

— structural diagnosis on sewerage networks visible before work;

— establishment of technical specifications of orders for topographic, geological and geotechnical services;

— assistance in land control;

— consultation of the single window, declaration of project work and follow-up of additional pre-work investigations;

— Water Act file;

— Water Agency file;

— checks, measures and examinations on visible sewerage networks for structural diagnosis purposes;

— checks of good performance during and after rehabilitation works on visitable networks.
