On behalf of its member houses participating in the tender procedure and the university and BG hospitals as well as other public clients of Sana Einkauf & Logistik (hereinafter collectively referred to as "client"), EK-UNICO GmbH intends to tender a framework agreement (in accordance with § 21 VgV) for the delivery of the reprocessing of single-use medical devices in a closed loop, including consumables and associated services.

On behalf of its member houses participating in the tender procedure and the university and BG hospitals as well as other public clients of Sana Einkauf & Logistik (hereinafter collectively referred to as "client"), EK-UNICO GmbH intends to tender a framework agreement (in accordance with § 21 VgV) for the delivery of the reprocessing of single-use medical devices in a closed loop, including consumables and associated services.

The contracting authority defines the closed loop within the scope of its right to determine services as follows: After delivery of the medical devices at its premises, the contractor has marked each reprocessing contract product with a unique product identification number as part of the incoming inspection and product registration. This number ensures that the client only receives back his own used contract products transferred to the contractor within the framework of this contract after reprocessing as CE products, CS products or Krinko products. At the same time, the number serves as a reference for the testing, batch and sterilization protocols and thus ensures clear traceability.
