Planning services according to § 33 ff. HOAI service phase 3-8 property planning, service phase 2 proportionally as required.

Subject to the granting of funding and the approval of the political bodies (planning and construction decision), the services are gradually commissioned, first up to service phase 3 (draft planning and cost calculation). The planning decision is carried out in parallel with the VgV procedure. Subject to the approval of the political committees (building decision) and the granting of funding, work phases 4-8 are commissioned.

Planning services in accordance with the HOAI 2013 profile, service phases 3 to 8 complete, partly service phase 2.

On the basis of the existing preliminary planning and the specifications of the building management department, the construction of the new building "Place of Generations - Workshop for Education and Employment Measures" should be planned and implemented.

On the grounds of Rathenaustraße 87, in the immediate vicinity of the Realschule Am Stadtpark, a center is to be built in two separate, barrier-free parts of the building. These form a joint effort by the youth workshop (JWL) of the city of Leverkusen, the JOB Service Employment Promotion Leverkusen gGmbH (JSL) and the Verein Dampfbahn Leverkusen e. V. (DBL) educational and meeting center to be used.

The project is to be financed by an urban development project. For this purpose, a funding application must be submitted in service phase 3. This should be submitted on September 1st, 2021. Grant funding is expected to be granted in April 2022. If funding is denied, the project cannot be implemented for the time being. No construction work can be tendered before funding is made available.
