Programmer's mission as part of a global renovation operation. The renovation of the buildings comprising the head office includes the optimization of available space, the integration of new staff, the improvement of occupant comfort and operating costs.

The requested service is declined in 3 missions:

- mission 1: preliminary studies and elaboration of the pre-program (divided into five phases),

- mission n ° 2: development and drafting of the program of the operation (declined in 3 phases),

- mission 3: constant coherence of the project of the project management group and / or the economic operator and the program established with the expectations of the project owner, during sketch studies, from APS and up to in the APD phase.
