                        Delivery of disposable accessories to the Operating Theatre;
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories for the Operating Block for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Jędrzej Śniadecki Provincial Hospital Complex in Białystok. Annex 1 to the SWZ – Detailed Form of the Offer specifies the requirements to be met by the offered subject of the contract.
