The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste in the estimated average monthly quantity of 430 Mg and optionally: not more than 1000 Mg - in the scale of the entire contract (a detailed description of the option right is contained in point 21.10 SWZ) from all residential real estate, and real estate on which there are summer cottages and other recreational and leisure properties in the municipality of Sulejów, excluding the area including summer houses, the so-called JOR – POLANA and collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste, transferred by the owners of residential real estate and real estate on which there are summer cottages and other recreational and leisure properties in the municipality of Sulejów to PSZOK (without running and operating PSZOK). The Contracting Authority provides for the requirements indicated in Article 95 paragraph 1 in the scope of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point 3.6.SWZ in the scope of contract performance. Bearing in mind the content of Article 68a of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, the Contracting Authority informs that the minimum shares of low- and zero-emission vehicles in the total number of vehicles covered by the contracts also include vehicles used in waste disposal services (CPV code 90511000-2), which results directly from the content of Article 68 b point 3 of the above-mentioned Act. Pursuant to Article 4(3) of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility to persons with special needs, the Contracting Authority has provided conditions to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs - in accordance with the SWZ.
