With this project, it is intended to build and implement a corporate management system for patient clinical variables, which facilitates the availability of data to all systems that require it and establishes unique criteria for defining variables and registration forms.

The purpose is, therefore, to collect the necessary requirements to address the unification of the patient's clinical variables by:

- A dictionary of clinical variables that unifies the catalogs of currently existing clinical variables,

- A new web form builder, which allows to register in a homogeneous and accessible way from any system and by any authorized professional structured patient information from variables defined in the dictionary of clinical variables,

- A repository of patient clinical variables that integrates all the information recorded in current systems into a single index of patient clinical variables.
