Individual expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultants (Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Building Services (M&E) Engineers and Civil/Structural Engineers) who wish to be considered for inclusion on a design team to oversee a building redevelopment project at St Brigid's College, Callan, County Kilkenny.

Please note the senior project architect and senior back up, in addition to the minimum qualifications as set out in the suitability assessment questionnaire QC1, must have a recognised conservation architect grade 1 qualification. This requirment applies to architects only.

The Client for this project is the School Board of Management.

The project entails the construction of an extension to the existing school of approximately 1,345 m2, together with associated refurbishment and external works.
