The Assignment concerns, in summary, the Oracle management on (still) lagging database, middleware and ODA environments of the participants in ICT-WBW. Optionally, i.e. without any obligation for ICT-WBW, ICT-WBW is considering a phased transition of the existing Oracle environments to DBaaS, with matching Oracle management, during the term of the Service Agreement. The participants in ICT-WBW are, with regard to this assignment, the municipalities of Etten-Leur, Moerdijk, Roosendaal and Tholen, as well as the Werkplein HVBW.
