The purpose of the contract is to ensure by the holder, on behalf of the community, within the framework of a performance contract with profit-sharing clauses, the operation of the installations:

- of heating;

- production and distribution of domestic hot water;

- air conditioning;

- dehumidification of the premises of swimming pools and ancillary premises;

- heating of the water in the swimming pools;

- water treatment for heating, chilled water and domestic hot water networks;

- extraction and VMC.

The services include the operation, technical direction, routine maintenance, maintenance and full warranty of the installations covered by the contract, as well as the management of fuels to which are associated commitments in terms of energy performance.
