Avinor Air Navigation Services (Avinor ANS) needs a framework agreement for Voice recorders. This includes a turn-key solution for a Voice Recorder server and Voice Recorder client and software.

The main purpose of the Contract Object shall be to make recordings of all Air Traffic Control (ATC) voice communication at an airport, ATCC, AFIS or ACC. This means all communication going through the Voice Communication System (VCS), emergency radio system, emergency telephone system, Intercom, ATC-PABX connections, and any other voice channel used by ATC. Voice signals as presented to the operator in each working position must be recorded.
