The subject of the order is the delivery of groceries for the purposes of the Polish State Water Farm, the Regional Water Management Board in Kraków. The range of items of the order consists of coffee, tea, milk and cream, sugar, pasteurized juices and cakes, sticks and wafers. A detailed description of the object of the order, including the quantities of the individual assortment and the conditions for the execution of the order are included in Annex 2 to SWZ — Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of groceries for the purposes of the Polish State Water Farm, the Regional Water Management Board in Kraków. The range of items of the order consists of coffee, tea, milk and cream, sugar, pasteurized juices and cakes, sticks and wafers. A detailed description of the object of the order, including the quantities of the individual assortment and the conditions for the execution of the order are included in Annex 2 to SWZ — Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
2) The Contractor shall deliver the object of the contract to the Contracting Authority to the location:
— Regional Water Management Board in Kraków, 22 Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego Street, 31-109 Kraków.
3) The Contractor shall deliver the ordered batch of articles each time up to 3 working days from the date of placing the order by the contracting representative.
4) Delivery will be made on business days Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 14.00, having previously informed the ordering person by email or fax of the scheduled delivery date. The Contracting Authority may refuse the delivery if it occurs after 2:00 p.m., regardless of the reasons for the delay of delivery.
5) The item of the order will be unloaded by the contractor at the location indicated by the contracting authority, along with the entrance to the interior of the building to the ground floor level (7 stairs leads to the ground floor level; there is an increase of about 16 cm in height in front of the main entrance to the building).
6) The costs of delivery and unloading at the place indicated by the contracting operator shall charge the contractor and shall not constitute a basis for additional charges for the contractor.
7) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects and non-infringing rights of third parties.
8) In the case of untimely delivery, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to receive it without any consequences.
9) The Contracting Authority shall appoint persons who will collect the supplied groceries on the day of delivery.
10) Any incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be returned to the contractor, which will be confirmed by the complaint protocol.
11) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to advertise improper quality groceries (mechanical damage, short shelf life, etc.) within 10 days from the date of receipt of the defective goods, and the supplier within 10 days of receipt of the complaint must make replacement of improper quality food items.
12) The supplier will be obliged to collect pallets from delivery unless the delivery documents indicate that the palette becomes free of charge owned by RZGW in Krakow.
