1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for the large and small anechoic chamber for the L1 Acoustics, Ultrasound and Vibration Laboratory Laboratory Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce.

2. The contracting authority divided the contract into two lots:

1. Part I - Supply of measuring equipment;

2) Part II - Supply of acoustic signal generation systems in large anechoic chamber and small chamber.

3. The description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is set out in Annex 5a to the SWZ – for part I of the order and in Annex 5b to the SWZ – for part II of the order, as well as in the Draft Contractual Provisions, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constituting respectively Annex 4a to the SWZ – for part I of the order and Annex 4b to the SWZ for part II of the order.

The subject of the Agreement is the delivery, assembly, commissioning by the Contractor, of measuring equipment, hereinafter referred to as the "Device" constituting the equipment of the large and small anechoic chamber for the L1 Acoustics, Ultrasound and Vibration Laboratory Laboratory Laboratory Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures and training of the Ordering Party's employees.

1) execution of the Device in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, its delivery or insertion into the Laboratory room, assembly, installation, commissioning of the Device, delivery and commissioning of computers belonging to the Device and complete software of the Device along with the necessary licenses, acceptance of transport packaging, performance of test measurements confirming the correctness of the functioning of the entire equipment;

2) conducting training in the operation of the Device and performing measurements for the Ordering Party's staff (maximum 4 people);

3) providing technical support during the warranty period – in accordance with the Contractor's offer;

4) providing a quality guarantee for the period indicated in the Contractor's offer.

1. The subject of the Agreement is the delivery, assembly, commissioning by the Contractor of measuring equipment, i.e. systems for generating acoustic signals in a large anechoic chamber and in a small anechoic chamber, hereinafter referred to as the "Device", in the L1 Acoustics, Ultrasound and Vibration Laboratory to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures and training of the Ordering Party's employees.

The general scope of the subject matter of the Agreement includes:

1) execution of the Device in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, its delivery or insertion into the Laboratory, assembly, installation, commissioning of the Device, acceptance of transport packaging, performance of test measurements confirming the correct functioning of the systems;

2) conducting training in the operation of the Device and performing measurements for the Ordering Party's staff (maximum 4 people);

3) providing technical support during the warranty period – in accordance with the Contractor's offer;

4) providing a quality guarantee for the period indicated in the Contractor's offer.
