The subject of the Order is:

-delivery of 3 pieces of brand new, electric city buses low-floor, single-unit, one brand and type intended for public transport, structurally adapted to right-hand traffic, charged using a connector (plug-in) together with electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems) and the necessary software and documentation.

Delivery of 3 pieces of brand new, electric city buses low-floor, single-unit, one brand and type intended for public transport, structurally adapted to right-hand traffic, charged via a connector (plug-in) together with electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems) and the necessary software and documentation. CPV: 34121100 - 2 Public transport buses.

Buses must belong to category M3 within the meaning of Annex 2 point 1.3 of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), being a bus within the meaning of Article 2 point 41 of this Act.

As part of the delivery, the Contractor will be obliged to conduct an instruction of 6 drivers and 3 employees of technical facilities in the field of operation and operation of the delivered vehicles and systems.

Delivery, assembly and commissioning of 2 pieces, new, two-station, stationary charging stations for electric buses with direct current with a minimum output power of at least 120 kW (2*60) – each, at the premises of MZK sp. z o.o. in Jelenia Góra at 145 Wolności Street in the place indicated by the Ordering Party together with the telemetry management system used m.in. for remote management, monitoring, supervision, data collection, updating, diagnosing and remotely controlling the operation of the supplied charging stations and the necessary software and documentation. As part of the delivery, the Contractor will be obliged to conduct instructions for the Ordering Party's employees to the extent necessary for the proper use of the delivery item.
