Sykkylven municipality will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with 1 — 1- to 3 — 3- tenderers for each of the different stated trades/areas. The framework agreement shall cover the procurement of all normal trade services within these trades for minor new buildings, improvements to and maintenance of existing municipal buildings. The contracting authority estimates that the total extent of the requested services will be between 500 000 NOK — 4 000 000 NOK per annum. The contracting authority will not be obliged to a specific volume in this contract. Trades that have several framework agreements will rank suppliers in order of priority. The tenderer who submits the best tender and gets 1st priority will be asked first to carry out work in such a contract. If the tenderer with 1st priority cannot take on the work, the assignment will go to the tenderer with 2nd priority etc. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year.

Sykkylven municipality would like to use this procurement to get good access to trade services within carpentry/joinery, floor laying and wallpapering, electrician services, plumbing services.

This contest consists of 4 trades that will be evaluated separately. A framework agreement will be signed with 1-3 companies within each trade. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a 1+1 year extension.
