The subject of this award is the conclusion of a framework agreement for all services that are currently required to continue the current state - hereinafter also referred to as "Current Mode of Operation" (CMO) - and in the future to update and further develop a needs-based full-managed service - hereinafter also referred to as "future mode of operation" (FMO). These services include, among other things, the transfer of the services for the operation of Application Management (AMS) for the SAP Basis of the existing SAP system landscape as well as the AMS for SAP ERP S/4HANA and SAP BW/HHM in accordance with the quality standards defined in the service description (service module 1). After assuming operational responsibility for service module 1, the client intends to commission the future contractor with the hosting service in accordance with the quality standards defined in the service description (service module 2). The client is entitled, but not obliged, to define further service modules, which are then to be offered by the future contractor and, in the event of an order, to be implemented in accordance with the quality standards defined in the service description (service modules 3 et seq.).
