The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the modernization of crossings at the intersection of Legnicka Street with Kwiska and Małopanewska Streets along with the replacement of the turnout at the height of depot No. V under the conditions specified in the contract and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract, Design Documentation and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
