The subject of the contract is the planning of the construction project "Neubau Hallenbad Wenden", which is briefly explained in Section II.1.4 and described in more detail in the service description (available at the Internet address mentioned in Section I.3).
It is intended to have the construction project built by a general contractor (GU). In order to prepare a corresponding JV tender, the planning services are to be provided by a general planner until the submission of a draft plan (service phases 1 to 3). After approval of the design planning by the client, the general planner should then be entrusted with the preparation of a functional service description as well as other necessary procurement documents for the JV tender and the subsequent support of this JV tender. The approval and execution planning is not the subject of the services of the general planner, but is to be entrusted to the JV; if necessary, individual partial services of service phases 4 or 5 are to be provided by the general planner, insofar as this is necessary for the formulation of the functional service description or other procurement documents for the JV tender.
The general planning contract to be awarded includes in particular the object planning for the service profiles buildings and interiors as well as open systems, the specialist planning services for the service profiles structural planning and technical equipment (including bathing water technology) as well as consulting services on the performance profiles building physics and fire protection.
A step-by-step commissioning of the service phases is envisaged (see Section II.2.11).
The municipality of Wenden intends to build an indoor swimming pool at the comprehensive school in Wenden. A functional bathroom is planned, which will have a 25-meter swimming pool. A cost target of 9.88 million euros (KG 200-700, net without VAT) is set.
The location of the new indoor pool is located on the edge of the central town of the municipality of Wenden, in the immediate vicinity of the Wenden Comprehensive School. The new swimming pool is intended to increase the attractiveness of the comprehensive school location as well as the entire central location.
The general planning to be awarded initially includes the planning of the project up to service phase 3 and then the preparation of the JV award (service phase 6, in particular the preparation of the functional service description) and the participation in the corresponding procurement procedure (service phase 7).
