The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide public health institutions, engaged in the project to create a public health center, with support consisting of the realization of outpatient activity analysis services, the development of the medico-economic project and the formalization of the operating and management procedures of a public health center (between 5 and 12 institutions concerned for 4 years)

Support studies with health institutions for the creation of public health centers (CPDS) consisting of: 1) accompanying institutions in the development of their CPDS project and its economic formalization;2) accompanying institutions in the development of CPDS management procedures and the acculturation of professionals practicing there
