this consultation concerns the procurement of services related to the collection of glass and paper at voluntary points of supply. The market is broken down into 2 lots as follows:
- Lot 1: the collection of glass in voluntary contribution points (15,000t)
- lot 2: collection of paper in voluntary contribution points (4,500 t)
the territory of SYTRAIVAL is composed of 262 municipalities, listed in the table and the plan attached in annexes (1).
This territory may evolve during the contract (it is possible that the SMIDOM Veyle Saône is no longer affected by this collection market from 2022 or following years).
the collection of glass at voluntary points of contribution and transport to the sites indicated by the SYTRAIVALThe service includes:
-The collection of glass columns, in number of 1,200, present on the voluntary contribution points, in the number of 990, of the communes of the members of the SYTRAIVAL, for an annual total estimated at 15,000 tons for 2021.
-the transport of the collected glass to the transfer or treatment sites indicated by the sytraival:
* In the basic offer: the sites of Saint-Etienne-Sur-Chalaronne (01) for a tonnage between 5,000 and 10,000 tons, and arnas (69) for a tonnage between 5,000 and 10,000 tons (distributions given as an indication).
* In the variant (not mandatory): the sorting centres of andrézieux (42) for a tonnage between 5,000 and 10,000 tons, and Champforgeuil (71) for a tonnage between 5,000 and 10,000 tons (distributions given for information only).
* In the event of a significant evolution of the territory of SYTRAIVAL, or in case of force majeure, these dump sites may change during the market.
collection of paper at voluntary points of contribution and transport to the sites indicated by SYTRAIVALThe service includes:
- the collection of paper columns, in the number of 770, present on the voluntary contribution points, in the number of 700, of the communes of the members of the SYTRAIVAL, for an estimated annual total of 4,500 tons for 2021.
- Transport of collected paper to the transfer or treatment site indicated by SYTRAIVAL: the Quincieux site (69).
- In the event of a significant evolution of the territory of SYTRAIVAL, or in case of force majeure, this dump site may change during the market.
