The subject of the Order is the sale and supply of hydrated lime to PGNiG TERMIKA S.A.
Sale and delivery of hydrated lime for water preparation stations in EC Żerań and EC SiekierkiThe subject of the contract is the sale and supply by the Contracting Contractor of hydrated lime satisfying the following quality requirements:
a) form/colour - white/off-white free-flowing powder
(b) qualitative parameters
- CaO + MgO content min 90%
- MgO content max 1%
- CO2 content max 4.0%
- SO3 content max 0.5%
- wilgoć max 2.0%
(c) residue in the sieve:
- 0,2 mm max 2,0%
- 0,09 mm max 7,0%
- bulk density 450-540 kg/m3
in quantities and assortment ordered each time by the Contracting Authority under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract 23DOZZ402-1.
The planned demand of the Ordering Party during the term of the Agreement is estimated at the level of 600 tonnes, including approx. 450 tonnes with delivery to the Żerań CHP Plant and 150 tonnes with delivery to the Siekierki CHP Plant.
Hydratized lime will be supplied by the Contractor by autocysterns equipped with compressors. For supply to EC Preying, tankers with lower unloading are required.

Sale and supply of hydrated lime for EC ŻerańThe subject of the Order shall be the sale and delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of hydrated lime, meeting the following parameters:

The planned demand of the Contracting Authority during the term of the Agreement is estimated at the level of 1700 tonnes.
The goods will be delivered by the Contractor by road tankers equipped with compressors.
The unloading of the Goods will be carried out by the Contractor's driver and at the Contractor's expense, at the unloading stations located in the EC. The tanker driver will be licensed to transport and unload hydrated lime.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the 2nd part of the contract is included in the draft provisions of the contract 23DOZZ402-3 constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Instructions for Contractors.
Sale and delivery of hydrated lime for water boilers K-12 and K-13 in EC PruszkówThe subject of the contract is the sale and supply by the Contracting Contractor of hydrated lime satisfying the following quality requirements:
(a) qualitative parameters
- Ca(OH)2 content without water - > 90% by weight
- humidity - < 1 % by weight
- bulk density - 0.35 – 0.5 g/cm3
(b) percentage share of selected factions:
- grain size > 90 μm - < 5 % by weight
- grain size < 32 μm - < 15 % by weight
- BET active area - ≥ 18
in quantities and assortment each time ordered by the Ordering Party under the conditions specified in the Model Contract 23DOZZ402-4.
The Contracting Authority plans to purchase 540 tonnes of hydrated lime during the contract period.
The goods will be delivered by the Contractor by road tankers equipped with a pump for pneumatic transport of materials. Unloading of the Goods and their loading into the Ordering Party's silo will be carried out by connecting the tanker hose to the DN110 socket mounted at the silo leg and starting the compressor integrated with the tanker. The connection of the unloading hose is carried out by the Contractor's driver. The tanker driver will be licensed to transport and unload hydrated lime.
