The client assigns the general planning services for planning and equipping a palliative ward with 10 beds as a space-forming expansion on a 2nd floor in an existing building, including the necessary measures on the floor below, on the flat roof above and on the existing windows.
The sub-projects lie within a coherent planning area and are advertised as an interdisciplinary service by a general planner. We are looking for an applicant / a group of applicants for the following planning services, HOAI:
- Project planning, LPH 3-8, § 34 HOAI 2013,
- Structural planning, § 51 HOAI 2013, consulting services according to expenditure,
- Technical equipment, LPH 3-8, § 55 HOAI 2013, including specialist planning medical technology.
The bidders selected in the participation competition will be invited to a negotiation meeting in the 2nd stage.
The new construction of the palliative ward with 10 beds takes place as a space-forming expansion on the 2nd floor in House I. Routine operations on the two floors below (medical care center with general practitioners and specialists, outpatient) must be maintained during the construction phase.
The existing 2nd floor with inner courtyard consists of reinforced concrete raw ceilings and reinforced concrete columns. The outer facade and inner courtyard facade (aluminum perforated windows, reinforced concrete wall with external insulation and facade sheets on the outer facade, inner courtyard facade plastered) is existing. Individual windows on the outer facade must be closed.
Elevator stop, stairwell access and technical rooms with distributors for the floor are available.
To connect the new supply and disposal pipes and lines, the shaft walls and suspended ceilings must be opened and closed again on the 1st floor below. The daily operation of the medical care center is to be burdened as little as possible. New sanitary ventilation pipes must be routed over the existing flat roof (warm roof).
GFA of the space-forming expansion: approx. 735 m
All adjoining building areas will remain in operation during the construction work.
All relevant planning documents (as-built plans, descriptions, room program, photos, etc.) are sent by the client to the offices selected for the 2nd stage.
Estimated value of the entire construction project including 19% VAT: approx. 1,830,000 EUR.
Gradual commissioning of architectural and engineering services according to HOAI.
Architectural services for the creation of a building in accordance with the service profile for object planning buildings according to § 34 HOAI, initially service phases 3 and 4.
Engineering services for the integration of the technology of a palliative care ward according to the service profile technical building equipment according to § 55 HOAI, initially service phases 3 to 4.
