The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 12,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit for the Baranów Commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Contract Specification - Description of the Subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974.
