The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract and they will be awarded after a separate procedure under the single source procurement procedure.
