Sarastia Oy invites its customers to submit tenders for energy audits of properties, energy inspections and the preparation of energy certificates in accordance with the tender documents. The service production follows Motiva Oy's energy audit model for properties in the service sector and the energy inspection model for properties, as well as the current guidelines and requirements of the Energy Audit Activities of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Thus, the target of the tendering process is the energy audit models (so-called energy audit models supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment). Motiva energy audits). The tendering process is carried out in an open procedure, on the basis of which a maximum of three (3) contract suppliers are selected for each sub-entity to be put out to tender. The selection criterion for the tendering process is overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price being 80 points and the weight of quality being 20 points.

The contract period is fixed-term four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final.

The property's energy audit report discusses the current situation of the site's energy and water use, describes the operation and use of HVAC systems, and presents savings measures with justifications, savings impacts and payback periods.

An energy audit can also be a commissioning review if the property to be inspected is new or, in terms of building services, renovated.
