The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and transport of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from residential properties in the Koźmin Wlkp. municipality in 2024 within the meaning of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Koźmin Wlkp. Commune, as well as other provisions of generally applicable and local law.

The subject of the contract includes the collection of the following municipal waste divided into:

1. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

2. Municipal waste separately collected into:

(a) paper, including paperboard, paperboard and paperboard packaging,

(b) metals, including metal packaging, plastics, including plastic packaging, multi-material packaging,

c) colored glass, including colored glass packaging,

(d) clear glass, including colourless glass packaging,

(e) biowaste

(f) ash and slag from domestic hearths.
