The cath. Hospital Hagen in accordance with GmbH intends to close Elsey Hospital with its somatic departments of surgery, internal medicine, ENT and gynecology and to convert it into a specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The aim is to merge the psychiatric department of Hagen Hospital with the existing psychiatry at the Elsey site. To implement this measure, considerable replanning and conversion measures are required. Various construction services are to be advertised and awarded for this purpose.
The measure described is carried out with funds from the hospital structure fund according to §§ 1ff. Hospital Financing Act (KHG) funded.
Lot 1The existing Elsey hospital is to be converted into a specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy. For this purpose, the existing building is to undergo considerable reconstruction measures. As this is a conversion during ongoing operation, it will be carried out in three construction phases. The conversion measures are expected to start in January 2022 and be completed by the end of 2025.
The subject matter of this process is the construction work of the 1st construction phase.
In all construction phases, the spatial structures of the existing building will be changed and adapted to use for psychiatric and psychotherapeutic purposes.
In construction phase 1, new floor coverings are laid on floors ground floor and 1st floor in components A and B and new screed is installed in partial areas,
or improved in some areas.
The subject of the tendered lot 1 is the screed and flooring work on the ground floor of components A and B.
