Explanation:

The services mainly include:

- carrying out permanence,

- carrying out sprinkling works with anti-slippery agents, with spreader and truck or combined with snow plow or brush.

- the provision of a storage facility and the supply of anti-slippery products.

The winter service is continuously insured during the period between 1 November and 31 March.

If weather conditions so require, this period can be extended by half a month during the months of October and April, subject to a prior warning of 12 hours.

The assignment will be closed for the winter 2022-2023.

The possibility is provided to extend this basic assignment 2 times (winter 2023-2024 and winter 2024-2025), subject to favorable evaluation and explicit decision by the board.

If it were decided not to extend the assignment, the contractor could not claim compensation for this.
