Provision of technical assistance for the implementation of procurement and public financial management (PPFM) under DFID Nepal overall national health sector programme.

To position the PPFM programme to better respond to health sector challenges and opportunities resulting from the transition to federalism in Nepal and allow technical assistance to be chanelled to the national,provincial, and local level spheres of Government as part of the federalism process. The transition to federalism is a top priority for the Government of Nepal.
