The framework agreement, which is a single award for each lot without negotiation or reopening of competition, concerns the surveillance and guarding of communal sites:

- lot n o : Enduropal, demonstrations and various surveillance requiring at least 10 agents (city of Touquet-Paris-Beach and Le Touquet-Paris-Plage tourism),

- lot n o 2: monitoring the beach and cabins (Touquet-Paris-Plage city) and monitoring the wake-park (Le Touquet-Paris-Plage tourism),

- lot n o 3: monitoring events requiring less than 10 agents (Touquet-Paris-Plage and Le Touquet-Paris-Plage tourism).

The part demonstrations and various surveillance of lot n o 1 and lot n o 3 will lead to the establishment of purchase orders as and when required (the number of hours is indicative and is neither a minimum nor a maximum:

- for lot n o 1: 300 hours,

- for lot 3: 1000 hours).

The services, which concern the city of Touquet-Paris-Plage and Le Touquet-Paris-Plage tourism, will be run from January 30 to 4.2.2019 for the Enduropal part, and from 1.2.2019 to 31.1.2020 for the events and various surveillance.

The surveillance of the beach and the cabins concerns the city of Touquet-Paris-Plage, and the wake-park surveillance concerns Le Touquet-Paris-Plage tourism. The services will be performed from May 4 to 2.9.2019 for the surveillance of the beach and cabins and from April 5 to 4.11.2019 for wake-park.

The services concern the city of Touquet-Paris-Plage and Le Touquet-Paris-Plage tourism. The services will be executed from 1.2.2019 to 31.1.2020.
