1. The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus on the section Grabowno Wielkie - Odolanów - Ostrów Wlkp. - Grabowno Wielkie in the period from 8.7.2019 to 29.7.2019 as a replacement carried out by "Przewozy Regionalne" Sp. z o. o. of passenger rail transport in connection with modernization works planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA

2. The predicted mileage of vehicles (buses and cars adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities) during the term of the Agreement is a maximum of 6,364 wagons.

3. The service will be provided according to the timetable provided by the Ordering Party constituting Annex 1 to the contract (Annex 7 to the ToR), using vehicles in the number (capacity) adapted to the estimated attendance contained in the timetable.
