The tender includes the emptying scheme of settling tanks and collecting tanks in accordance with Sorø Municipality's emptying regulations Handling, transport, possibly intermediate landfill and final disposal on agricultural land or other collected sludge as well as all regulatory treatment in this connection.

The tender form of public procurement is used.

The tender includes a framework agreement with one party (supplier).

The framework agreement covers the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026. The estimated value in terms of expected revenue on the framework agreement in that period is DKK 3,200,000. The expected turnover is estimated on the basis of previous activity with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The estimated value is not binding on the contracting entity and is subject to changes in the number of emptying locations, type, etc. as a result of restructuring, capacity changes or equivalent. The same applies to estimated quantities specified in the framework agreement Appendix 4 The Supplier's prices. The contracting entity reserves the right to ten major features of the framework agreement due to potentially increased number of discharges, and/or locations and types, etc. - the maximum value of the framework agreement will be DKK 4,500,000 during the framework agreement period.
