Based on the estimated total value of all individual orders, the estimated contract value of this framework agreement (§ 3 VgV) is 83,500,000 euros. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 167,000,000 euros.

There is no obligation to call up the estimated financial volume of the framework contract. A minimum purchase amount is not promised, ie the client does not incur any purchase obligations as a result of this framework agreement.

The framework agreement has a duration of 48 months and can be terminated properly by the client at the end of the 24th or 36th contract month with a notice period of four weeks each.
