The orthopaedic building complex built at the beginning of the 30s in Semmelweis-/Philipp-Rosenthal-Straße, which has already been renovated and unused several times, for the last time as a psychiatry, is again in need of renovation. A core task is the complete replacement of the ailing drinking water system, including connection to the public utilities, as well as the upgrading of the low-voltage grid, especially in the telecommunications sector. In addition, there are mandatory interventions in the main building distribution to ensure operation.
Drinking water remediation takes place in the clinical areas. Staff changing rooms, ward bathrooms and bathrooms in the patient rooms will be converted. The relevant wall and floor surfaces are opened up in the existing building, room conversions take place. The structural surfaces are closed again.
The services take place in a predefined order of the floors.
