The overall performance is awarded in four lots:
– Lot 1: Collection and transport services in the municipalities of Leichlingen, Burscheid and Odenthal;
– Lot 2: collection and transport services in the municipalities of Hückeswagen and Radevormwald;
– Lot 3: Collection and transport services in the municipalities of Engelskirchen, Reichshof, Morsbach and Nümbrecht;
– Lot 4: Mobile pollutant collection in the area of the municipalities of Morsbach, Nümbrecht and Odenthal.
Collection and transport services in the municipalities of Leichlingen, Burscheid and Odenthal– Collection of residual waste, organic waste and PPK;
– Collection of bulky waste, electrical appliances and scrap metal (no collection of scrap metal in Odenthal);
– collection of Christmas trees;
– Transport of the collected waste to the delivery points specified by the clients.
The containers required for the collection of residual waste, organic waste and PPK are owned by the Bergischer Abfallwirtschaftsverband (BAV). The containers are available in the respective collection area and can be used by the future contractor. The container change service and container inventory maintenance is carried out by the FOT.

– collection of green waste (Radevormwald only);
– collection of Christmas trees;

– Collection of bulky waste, electrical appliances and scrap metal;
– Collection of green waste (no collection in Engelskirchen);
– Transport of the collected waste to the delivery points specified by the clients.
The containers required for the collection of residual waste, organic waste and PPK are owned by the Bergischer Abfallwirtschaftsverband (BAV) or the municipalities of Nümbrecht and Morsbach. The containers are available in the respective collection area and can be used by the future contractor. The container change service and container inventory maintenance are carried out uniformly by the FOT in all municipalities.
Mobile pollutant collection in the area of the municipalities of Morsbach, Nümbrecht and Odenthal– Mobile collection of pollutants at collection points specified by the contracting authorities;
– Transport of waste to delivery points specified by the clients.
