The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of two brand new tourist buses. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ).

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of two brand new tourist buses.

2. In addition, the subject of the contract is:

1) granting a guarantee and warranty for defects on buses and on all devices and equipment installed in it (included),

2) the supply of software for vehicle devices and equipment, including software and database updates,

3) issuing technical and operational documentation of vehicles, including operating instructions in Polish,

4) granting a license for the software of devices and equipment delivered with buses,

5) providing service assistance,

6) training employees of the Employer.
