The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of envelopes for the Social Insurance Institution in the number of 27 027 150 pieces in seven designs.

The deadline for the execution of the contract is: the delivery of envelopes will be carried out successively for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2023.

Envelope designs and an example of the arrangement of windows and prints are included in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement.

The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of exceeding the number of envelopes, i.e. 27 027 150 pcs. Envelopes.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from the execution of the order up to 20% of the ordered volume, i.e. each of the envelope designs up to 20% of the volume of a given design. Each pattern will be realized at least in 80% of the volume.

The Contractor shall submit a sample in the form of 300 pieces of envelopes of model 2 – envelopes in C6/C5 format (229x114 mm), in order to check the quality of the offered envelopes and confirm that they meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. It is required that the packaging containing the envelopes for testing be sealed and protected against access by third parties, marked with the name of the Contractor submitting the offer and the pattern of the envelopes. The Ordering Party does not require printing on envelopes intended for testing.
