4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests (as amended by Decisions: No. 101 of 16 September 2021, No. 112 of 4 October 2021) and Decision No 22 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Bialystok dated 28.05.2021 on the introduction of the “Regional Description of the Standard of Performance Technology of Prac Woodland”. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).
