This contract is a service contract for the cleaning of premises and the washing of the windows of school buildings. The purpose of this contract is the implementation of all the means and other suggestions necessary for the perfect execution, in the rules of the art, of the contract of periodic cleaning of the premises, the contents and the annexes for the following sites / buildings:

1. CULTURAL WING

2. PEDAGOGICAL WING

3. RENOVATED WING

4. COMMUNITY WING

5. SPORTS HALL WING

6. FLAG WING

Cleaning of the premises including:

- Cleaning and supervisory staff;

- Management of consumables and sanitary supplies such as soap dispensers, perfume diffusers, toilet paper and paper towels;

- The management of the necessary equipment;

- Waste management.

Item 1: This item includes the following sub-items;

- 1.1. Regular cleaning during the effective school period, i.e. 37 weeks;

- 1.2. Cleaning during school holidays (autumn (All Saints' Day), winter (Christmas), relaxation (Carnival) and spring (Easter)), i.e. 4 weeks;

- 1.3. Great cleaning during the annual holidays (month of August), namely 4 weeks.

Item 2: this item comprises various unit prices for on-demand services;

- 1.1. Washing façade windows and interior glass partitions

- 1.2. Cleaning windows and glass partitions of the canopy
