The subject of the contract is to review the nature documentation and draft protection plan for the marine area of the Natura 2000 "Ławica Słupska" (PLC 990001). The order is a task implemented under the project No. POIS.02.04.00-00-0027 / 17 "Draft protection plan for the marine Natura 2000 Ławica Słupska", co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Priority Axis II, measure 2.4. Nature protection and environmental education, subtype: 2.4.3b: Protection plans for Natura 2000 areas and national parks.
The contract concerns the performance of the above-mentioned service by a team of reviewers.
Review should be understood as a substantive assessment of the following documents provided to the Reviewer by the Employer:
a) nature documentation for 1 Natura 2000 area,
b) draft protection plan for 1 Natura 2000 area.
The subject of the contract is to review the nature documentation and draft protection plan for the Natura 2000 marine area "Słupska Bank".
The contract concerns the performance of the above-mentioned service by a team of reviewers.
Reviews referred to above. shall be delivered to the Employer in paper and electronic form on CD / DVD, as follows:
a) 2 copies of reviews for nature documentation being a joint study for the Natura 2000 area "Ławica Słupska" (PLC 990001),
b) 2 copies of the review for the draft Natura 2000 site protection plan "Ławica Słupska" (PLC 990001).
The Employer provides the opportunity to consult the Contractor (Reviewer) on current matters regarding nature documentation and the draft protection plan to the extent necessary to ensure their proper implementation.
The Reviewer's service will also consist of:
a) participation in the process of creating nature documentation as an observer with the right to speak, express opinions, propose changes and other solutions, indicate methods and ways of solving possible problems and methods and ways of supplementing missing information,
b) participation in discussion meetings - workshops, consultations (expected number of meetings - 5),
c) participation, if the Employer deems necessary in working meetings with contractors of the security plan and other meetings and consultations regarding the implementation of the security plan,
d) reviewing activities and studies at the next stages of creating a draft protection plan.
Completed review reviews should be marked in accordance with the Promotion Principles and project labeling in the Program, i.e. three graphic signs with logos:
- Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program (OPI & E),
- Maritime Office in Słupsk,
- the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund
