Tile work is to be carried out by the contractor:

Preparatory work: cleaning, closing shrinkage joints and cracks, finely filling the screed, preparing the floor and wall with a deep primer

Sealing: Bonded sealing on the floor and wall, approx. 630 m 2

Sealing: Wall / floor and wall / wall connections, approx. 920 m, tub edge sealing tape, approx. 310 m

Tiles in the stairwell:

Floor tiles, porcelain stoneware, unglazed, 30/60, approx. 480 m 2 and base tiles, approx. 630 m, stair tiles, approx. 110 m and base tiles, approx. 120 m

Tiles in the apartments: floor tiles, porcelain stoneware, unglazed, 30/30, approx. 340 m 2 , Floor tiles, 10/10, approx. 30 m 2 , Wall tiles, ceramic, glazed, 30/60, approx. 780 m 2 and base tiles, approx. 315 m

Partition rail, corner protection bracket

Other: making recesses, silicone joints, mirrors.
