Framework agreement for the assignment of vegetation cutting services on shoulders, sidewalks, embankments and ditches along the municipal roads belonging to lot no. 3, as indicated in the project annex "List of Roads", available on the START platform website.

The Municipality of Lucca intends to conclude a Framework Agreement pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, with a single operator for the assignment of the vegetation cutting service on shoulders, sidewalks, parking areas, embankments and ditches along municipal roads and parking lots pertaining to it throughout the territory relating to the viability of the former districts no. 5 and 6 – LOT 3. The Framework Agreement identifies:

• the type of reliable services referred to in the Unit Price List;

• the duration of the Framework Agreement;

• the total expenditure ceiling within which the services contemplated in the Framework Agreement can be entrusted.
