As the client, BwFuhrparkService GmbH intends to provide its employees with bicycles and pedelecs, including leaseable accessories, for business and private use (hereinafter referred to as company bikes) and to lease corresponding leased objects from a lessor for this purpose.

The purpose of this service description is to find a service provider who offers an all-round service with regard to the handling of leasing and the provision of company bikes to the client's employees. For this purpose, the client imagines a model in which he concludes a contract with the contractor and the lessor, if necessary, for the processing of company bike leasing. The contractor, in turn, cooperates with bicycle dealers who, on the basis of these contracts, enable the client to provide leased company bikes to his employees. In this case, the client acts as the lessee and leaves the leased objects to his employees for use as a benefit in kind by salary conversion.
