5) The scope of the order includes the delivery of the equipment to the Technical School Complex in Toruń along with unloading and carrying it to the place indicated by the school employees (additionally, assembly and training required for the thermo-trans printer product).

6) The Contracting Authority requires the payment of a tender deposit in the amount of PLN 258.21 (two hundred and fifty-eight zlotys 21/100) in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference.
