Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulene, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Vaksdal Municipalities have established a joint ICT operation company, IKT Nordhordland Kommunalt Oppgåvefellesskap (IKTNH). IKTNH has chosen to hold a tender contest for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, where the aim is to get the best possible system for monitoring and handling events. The service includes, among other things, detecting, analysing, investigating, responding and mitigating identified cyber threats. The estimated volume will always depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities, and other framework factors, and must, therefore, be understood as a guideline.

We would like to enter into a contract with a provider of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. The service includes, among other things, detecting, analysing, investigating, responding and mitigating identified cyber threats.

The contract includes the tenderer's ability to provide a service that also focuses on preventive work in order to strengthen information security in IKTNH.

Information security has a high priority at IKTNH. We expect that the tenderer handles risks related to information and IT security, implement sensible and appropriate security measures, and follow industry standards and best practices.

The contract must also contribute to the lowest possible environmental impact where relevant.

The chosen tenderer(s) will be expected to contribute with expertise and cooperate with a focus on achieving all of the contracting authority's objectives for all parts of the delivery.
