1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable, non-chemical medical and haematological articles, sutures, meshes, catheters, guidewires and surgical instruments with the possibility of submitting partial offers – in accordance with the specification in the assortment and price form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference – packages No. 1-13.
3. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must have features consistent with the description contained in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference and meet the conditions set out in this Terms of Reference. Failure to meet even one of these requirements will result in rejection of the offer.
