The object of the contract is the executive design and execution of the works envisaged in the project called "INT. 2319 - Purification District Medio Sarno Sub 1 - Purification plant of

Scafati – Redevelopment of the sludge treatment line and anaerobic digestion, construction of a new drying plant and implementation of systems for recovery and efficiency

energy", as well as all the activities for obtaining authorizations, licenses, concessions, clearances and anything else necessary for the realization of the works, in compliance with the deadlines set by the

Project schedule.

The following are included in the contract:

- all the works, services, supplies and provisions necessary to give the work completely completed and according to the conditions established by these Specifications, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics provided for by the executive project based on the tender, with the relative annexes, of which the Contractor declares to have taken complete and exact knowledge;

- the possible improvement and additional forecasts offered by the Contractor during the tender are also included, without additional charges for the Contractor.
