1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a piston helium condenser with a compressor and modernization of the Linde 1410 helium condenser from 2011 owned by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract consists of the following stages:

I. Delivery of helium piston condenser with compressor

II. Modernization of the Linde 1410 helium condenser from 2011 and compressor owned by the Customer

III. Delivery and commissioning of the control computer common to all the above elements (I.1., I.2., II.1., II.2).

Note: The costs of shipping the device should be included in the value of the offer (i.e. they are on the side of the Contractor).
