Stadibau GmbH intends in the Erzgießereistr. 14 to Linprunstr. 18 in Munich the realization of a housing construction project to secure the living space needs of state employees in the Free State of Bavaria.

Specifically, it is a housing complex consisting of:

- Demolition and new construction of a residential building on the Erzgießereistr. 14 (GFA 2 110 m 2nd );

- Conversion of the existing building on Erzgießeistr. 14 / Linprunstr. 18 (GFA 7 830 m 2nd );

- Demolition and new construction of a residential building (GFA 10 550 m 2nd ) with underground parking (BGF 2 890 m 2nd ) at Linprunstr. 18 (1.BA - courtyard development).

- VE 125.1 Apartment entrance doors Apartment entrance doors;

- Steel frames with full chip door leaf;

- HPL-coated door leaf;

- With increased noise protection requirements Rw, P = 42dB with increased burglar protection RC2;

- Incl. Stainless steel hinges and fittings approx. 122 pieces.
